Another shot at this

Ok; I’m having another go at this. I’m trying for the retro look, and I thought I’d start practicing what I preach, in terms of font choices.

I’m breaking one of my unwritten web design rules and designing with certain fonts in mind. If you have Adobe Garamond Pro installed, you’ll see it the way I see it. If not, it will default to Baskerville (which I think comes with Macs nowadays), then Times New Roman and finally any old serif font you happen to have as your default. It should work OK with all of those choices, but AGP is the top choice.

Overall, I think I’m the happiest I’ve ever been with a website layout. I like this. It’s clean, easy to update, and generally attractive. I don’t have a lot of stuff to put on it anyway, so for now I think it will serve my purposes.

Once I figure out what those purposes are…
